“Always check your candy”
At its core, this movie is about respecting tradition. Be on the lookout for Sam. He’s always watching, making sure you’re following Halloween’s simple rules.
Trick ‘R Treat is less about horror for horror’s sake and more about celebrating one the best holidays to ever exist.
To me, it doesn’t get a whole lot better than this. I watch this every year, and you’re doing yourself a huge disservice by not doing the same.
